It won't met me sign up to the apple ios development programme...
On the first step "Enter Account Info"
It tells me to enter my name and billing address, I have done that but when I click "continue"
It gives me the error: "
Please fill out all required information"

So I have to sign up to the apple ios developer programme to make ios apps on an ios device?
Sign up and pay the program fee, yes.
Right, so why won't it work when I sign up on a chrome browser on windows 7?
Ask Apple.
It sounds as if you just want the beta to play with on your device and you don't intend to actually develop apps, as that requires a Mac. Don't do that.
I'm looking to publish my IOS app....
Then stop messing around and get the proper tools: a Mac and Xcode.
The app is already built! I have got it built.
I just need to make an account on the developer side of the app store to publish it... But looking at my first post here... It won't let me!
How did you build it without the correct tools?
IMHO you should save your money because your app built without the proper tools is only going to be rejected by Apple when you submit it.

This thread is about me not being able to sign up due to an error, not some false assumption that my app is not built right... I'm telling you it is.
So you used non-Apple tools to build the app and now you can't upload it.

I have not even got round to uploading my application because it won't let me SIGN UP to the apple ios developer programme due to an error saying "Please fill out all required information" when I have filled out all of the required information...
Before you probbaly come up with something like that image is not mine... It is, and as you can see the error is there when I have filled out everything!
I see typical denial. Given how time and space work together, the head has hit a wall, but the brain hasn't gotten the message just yet.
