Cant sign up for apple ios developer programme?

IIf you're from the uk, the post code has to be without spaces.

also another tip, make sure your billing information and address are identical, if it's not then your activation code won't work and you'll have to ring apple support

****, thank you. Spaces in the post code (which was prefilled from my Apple ID login) was the error causing this.

Would be pretty useful for the error message to actually highlight that field as being the one causing the validation error, rather than have the user try to figure out what the **** is going on though trial and error (and failure). Web forms 101...

I am having the exact same problem, except that I am on a Mac using Safari to try to enroll in the developer program to submit an update for an existing app.

I was able to submit the form by removing the space from my postal code.

same thing happened here, im from canada.

I had to remove the space from the post code too. Had me stumped for days. Surprised Apple hasn't fixed this by now. Not even a hint from Apple support staff that this is a common gotcha.

Just a shame you had to wade through so many unhelpful replies on this thread to get the answer.
