Pages 09 only half opens

I did download it but the problem with it is that it doesn't include any instructions. It's a Apple script but I've never worked with one so it doesn't help. I did try double clicking on it but nothing happened.

I also clicked 'Play" on the other script and it said "running" but nothing changed (iWork is still there).

Tried both of those things fruhulda but the iWork folder is still there. So I decided to try to manually delete it. However, the files listed below are not there:

User/Applications/iWork '09 folder

User/Library/Application Support/iWork '09

User/Library/Preferences the com.apple.iwork.Keynote.plist

User/Library/Preferences the com.apple.iwork.Numbers.plist

User/Library/Preferences the com.apple.iwork.Pages.plist

So maybe the applescript did work, but I can't explain why the entire iWork folder was left behind untouched.

I do have a program called AppCleaner which found other files, including the crash reports, I saved those just incase. I'll run AppCleaner and do a reboot. I also have a backup of my harddrive if anyone needs to see any other files later.

OK everything is uninstalled. I rebooted and reinstalled. Updated to 4.3.

At first when I clicked on opening the template chooser, just like before nothing happened. Then around a minute later they all showed up. As far as I can tell it is now working correctly.
