Cant download apps because Itunes keeps asking me to verify account info. Does anyone have a work around?

Everytime I try to download an App, it says I have to verify my account information to continue. I have tried verifing, reentering, changing credit card, and changing shipping address. Everytime I input my credit card info and press enter it gos back to account info screen and say to call support. When I call support, the tell me that It might be something with shipping address. No help AT ALL. Does anyone know a work around for this?

Im having a similar problem. I just bought an ipod and created a appleid. When i try to sign into itunes & the app store, it tells me "this appleid has not used before. please review your info" so i do, and it doesn't log me in afterwards. Contacted apple and they were useless as always. Have tried everything on this forum, any other suggestions?

I’m having a similar problem but when I try to get any app or song from iTunes it tells me I need to sign in even though I’m already signed in. I then press use existing ID and put in my information. Then it goes away and I have to press get again. After that another thing comes up telling me to put it my password so I do that then it goes away. Then I have to press get AGAIN and the first one comes up.

They do that to charge you on purchases you haven't made. In hopes you won't notice later or becomes a issue you over look in the case it only a couple dollars. They make more money this way. Don't continue to be a apple consumer there ripping u off more then most compared to other brands.

Are you delusional? If you are going to make outrageous charges like that, then you'd better back them up with proof, and not just your paranoid statements. It's called defamation. Look it up.

The same thing is happening to me. Every time I try to get an app it asks me to verify. So I tried to sign out of my account and sign back in but it still didn’t work I just keep asking me (also may I just say that I’ve only ever bought free apps) I still don’t know what the problem is but I’ve just given up if you ever find out what the problem is please tell me.

I’m having the same problem now that I got a new phone. I can download free apps and purchase apps on my iPad, but I cannot do any of that on my new phone. I keep getting asked for my Apple ID password. What the heck is the problem? I’ve changed my Apple ID password, I’ve checked my payment info and even changed it to a different card. I’ve signed out and back into iTunes, I’ve shut my phone off and turned it back on, but NOTHING is making it work. Getting irritated!

Hello, I'm having the same issue. My case start like this, I just bought an in-app purchase in one app. After making the purchase in about ten minutes, I just uninstalled it as I found the app not interesting to keep on the phone anymore, and immediately looking for a new app with similar function. After trying to download the new app, the pop up message asking to update the billing info appear. I have done everything I could to settle this problem including signing out, change the debit card and even reset the setting, yet the problem still there. Another problem is that I could not even reinstalled the purchased app that caused the problem. I realized that the payment for in-app purchase did not happen since there is no deduction in my account bank. So how to solve the payment? Any idea. Please help since I cannot even update my apps and install a new one.
