Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I've tried adding devices to an newly created provisioning profile for development several times now and it keeps hanging in the last step. The page just shows me the page spinner / loader and does nothing.
Also i've tried this with different browsers and different accounts. Who else is experiencing this aswell?

Same issue here. I tried it in firefox, safari and chrome. The spinner does't stop and the profile is always in the pending state.
I had the same problem, but while reading this here and other posts it "all the sudden" appeard as Active.
Ahh you have to wait. After 30 minutes loading my profile was generated.
You dont have to wait at the spinning screen ... i just updated a few profiles and then hit the profile-list button every ~5 minutes.
Weird was also that the input-elements in the background are still active while the spinner is goin.
I had the same issue months ago, and have the problem again --- I didn't add any new provisioning profile in between. So I think it's fair to say, I had the problem all the time since this summer.
Last time, I remeber I tried this on a Windows computer via Chrome or Explorer, and finally managed to add it.
Apple makes things so complicate and don't provide easy to handle. Really *****!

Yep same issue here. Spoke to Apple support they are looking into it
Same issue and I am surprised there is not much info available when you google for info.
Am surprised that one gets this kind of quality/service after paying $99 to Apple.

it is down down down.. Nov 18, 2013 at 9:10pm now, it has been pending for like 2 hours already. Can someone please look into this? or can you apple put this such important service on your super farm that won't die or at least has HA on. OMG, it is totally slow down my performance dude.. very annoying.

It's 9:19 PM pacific time, and I've been futzing with this for hours. They must be down. Well, I hope they're down, because if they're not then I have a real problem.
wait for your axx man. it is obviously the provioning server is down or got hanged/queued with unbelivable amount of jobs.. I just tried to found out the tech support phone number on your site, apple you don't even provide a phone number now, or makes people very very difficult to find the support phone number.
