I've tried adding devices to an newly created provisioning profile for development several times now and it keeps hanging in the last step. The page just shows me the page spinner / loader and does nothing.
Also i've tried this with different browsers and different accounts. Who else is experiencing this aswell?

I'm glad it wasn't just me thinking this. I even phoned up support, and they had no idea why it wasn't working...
I have the same problem. After I quite Xcode and retry. It worked.
I'm having this issue right now and I really need to make a ad hoc build in the next 15 minutes.

I am having the same issue. I wouldn't notice that, if I didn't want to test my app on a new iPad from a relatively new dev account. Glad I am not the only one with this problem. 🙂
I tried to create new provisioning profile from XCode, and the status was Pending. When I try to delete profile from dev console, then refresh the page, profile is still there.
There is supposed to be some kind of notice from Apple that they are performing maintenance, but this is not the first time they play dumb.

Generate your certificate directly with safari.
That does not work with Chrome (nor firefox I suppose).
Pending after four hours. Why did Apple make things so complicated? With such a complicated process to develop for Mac, you don't need hackers anymore. Remerber the days of Resedit? Now it's seems a golden age.
