I've tried adding devices to an newly created provisioning profile for development several times now and it keeps hanging in the last step. The page just shows me the page spinner / loader and does nothing.
Also i've tried this with different browsers and different accounts. Who else is experiencing this aswell?

About 6 hours have passed since the first message about this problem on Nov 18 - and it's still down.

As is said above, if you leave it for a while (around half an hour) it does eventually create a provide profile, not ideal but better than nothing.
I had it twice for almost an hour. When i tried for the third time after half hour i got this message:
An unspecified error occurred.
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support
finally worked ! just waited 1 hour and an half !!!
Finally!! It worked. Creating profiles in under 5 minutes. Thanks to the guys who worked on it!
Maybe Apple should post a notice on their website when it is going down for maintenance.

No, it's still not working and the status page shows everything as working. Maybe Status is down in the up state.
It is still down in Canada, I have been trying to create profiles for 2 days now. It now displays it is down for maintenance. I hope it gets resolved soon.
there was no notice up when i wrote, there is now tho, i guess better late than never, oh and my profiles actually went through between the time of my post and before they put the maintanence page up... but thanks for your witty reply!
