Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

iCloud opens in IE, not Firefox

I have installed iCloud on my PC (Win 7). I have the latest FF, set as default (although I am not entirely sure if I have set that correctly).

Now, when I click on the iCloud icon in the tray, it shows

Open iCloud Control Panel

Go to iCloud.com

iClound Help

If I click on "Go to iCloud.com", iCloud.com opens in IE. I have tried, but I cannot get it to open in Firefox.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,/Hans L

how about instead of blaming Microsoft for this Apple issue, Apple just updates the toolbar to respect "default browser" in windows, like every other program does? Uninstalling IE for iCloud to work is not a solution, especially when enterprise environments require IE in many cases to function. Hard Coding IE and than saying IE isn't supported when the url loads is an Apple bug, and sloppy/lazy coding.
