Just hold down the 0 key and it will convert to just the +

aha i do this and get "0+"
Don't lift your finger. Touch and hold for about 2-3 seconds
only the third time turns "(0+0)++
If you touch it and don't let go and it should do it the first time. I tried it several times and it works every time.
on ios 6 all was fine, but now i can't do this, back to 6.3.1, simply can't make calls

And I'm not talking about the wrong group of numbers for 3 years, you can not fix.
+375 (29) 123-45-67 right, but +375 (4475) 12-3-45 — wrong.
Have the same problem! I'm from Belarus.
Temporary solution is to dial not through +375 ** *******, but through 8 (***) *******. But it is not comfortable, 'cause all my contacts are in international standart of dialing, so every time i dial to any other operator in the country, I should input the number myself, not just choose in the phonebook.
