iOS 7 need to dial only "+" not "0+" how?
For Belarusians, I found a solution, just dial "00" instead of "+". All local cariers (Velcom, MTC, Life) treat this like "+" while dialing! So this would make dialing easier, but does not solve the problem itself!
The whole country is suffering. Fix it.
"+" is prohibited by Lukashenko to avoid calls into tainted west countries.
Unlock is possible for $100 per call. Nothing to worry about.

Hold down "0" and when "0" appears continue holding press delete
you delete "0" and get only "+"

The issue no longer appears if device is being used in another country (e.g. Germany).
Use "00" instead "+". For example: 00 (375) 29 XXX XX XX
Seems that we can use Viber for calling, it allows to tipe +.
