The problem of dialling "+" in number dialer in iOS 7 in the networks of Belarusian mobile operators still exists in 7.0.3. Bravo Apple! This is exactly what we expect from you when we buy an iPhone for some $800! Applause!!!

By the way, the cool new feature of iOS 7.0.3 called iCloud Keychain is unavailable for users in Belarus. Belarus is not listed in the list of countries with country telephone codes where you have to input your phone number while configuring iCloud Keychain preferences on an iOS device. Cool!

Your correct about that, as long as the messages are on the feedback page. Sometimes too many individuals come to the forum (and I am not complaining or belittling you) and just rant on and on here at the forum and it has absolutely no affect except to make it more difficult for those of us that follow the forum to try and help individuals with problems and cannot see posts for all of the rants that other start. Good luck with your issues and hope it gets sorted.

I agree that the problem is real, but there isn't anything Apple can do about it. "+" has different meanings on different networks. It gets translated to the local International prefix by the local carrier. In most countries that is "00", but not everywhere. For example, in North America "+" is translated to "011". So if holding "0" translates to "0+" that's the carrier's network or firmware installed from the SIM that is doing it, not Apple.
