Is this fixed already?

I'm from Belarus and have the same issue.

So what I see (please correct me if I'm wrong):

- it worked ok in iOS 5 and 6 with the same country, the same mobile operator and the same SIM

- it doesn't work in iOS 7

- it doesn't work for Belarusian users only?

***?

ChrisJ4203 says it's not a bug?

"Complaining to your carrier to have them negotiate with Apple to make them supported carriers is the best route for you to take. Apple does not seek carriers, and it is the carrier's reponsibility to comply with Apple guidelines for operation."

So every operator from the whole world should come to Apple and ask to support them? So all countries did that, only Belarusian don't go (they are so lazy...)? sounds strange...

It's a bug and it must be fixed.

Any adequate ideas?

This is good - thank you for the news!

but I have iPhone 4 and as far as I understood, iOS 8 won't be available for iPhone 4...

+

I would like to have normal calling now.

I've already almost mastered ninja method: как писал здесь кто-то: зажать 0 и delete. But it's nonsense...

The most funny was that I just moved to iOS 7, because I didn't want:

- I don't like new design

- I knew some of things will be a bit slower, and they are...

I thought + was not something you can dial? Only 1234567890*# but not +.

When they have phone numbers listed that start with +, it means you should insert the country code there, if you are calling from another country. (Country code for the US is 1)
