iOS 7 need to dial only "+" not "0+" how?

Just hold down the 0 key and it will convert to just the +

Don't lift your finger. Touch and hold for about 2-3 seconds

If you touch it and don't let go and it should do it the first time. I tried it several times and it works every time.

This problem is country specific! I have this too. When you cross the border - everything is fine!

And I'm not talking about the wrong group of numbers for 3 years, you can not fix.

+375 (29) 123-45-67 right, but +375 (4475) 12-3-45 — wrong.

Temporary solution is to dial not through +375 ** *******, but through 8 (***) *******. But it is not comfortable, 'cause all my contacts are in international standart of dialing, so every time i dial to any other operator in the country, I should input the number myself, not just choose in the phonebook.

Same here! Belarus also! Cannot dial just "+", it goes "0+".
