Is anyone else haveing this issue? On my iPhone and iPad after upgrading to iOS7 I am being asked to aggree to new iCloud terms and conditions, but when I select 'View Terms' to sign it returns an error: 'Unable to connect to server.'

Until i can get this working I am unable to use any iCloud services on both devices. Server overloaded? Anyone else?

I had this issue on my wife's iPhone 4 after updating to IOS 7.0.3. After turnning on Location Services (it had been disabled during the upgrade setup) everything began to work again. My guess - Apple uses some strange geolocation data to show you the correct terms and without it, it cannot determine which server / page to pull it from failing with the ridiculously useless error "Unable to connect to server".

There is a good chance the people installing "Find My Friends" inadvertantly enabled Location Services (required) when installing this app and "fixed" the problem that way.

I hope this helps someone, I know these forums have been a great help in the past!

I'm having the same problem and the Find My Friends didn't work. I'm utterly amazed that Apple hasn't addressed this and that tons of people have mentioned spending hours on the phone with Customer Care and still no solution which means, even in spite of a known issue, the idiots at Apple will talk you in circles just to make you feel better about a crapy product.
