My iPad 3 freezes after installing iOS 7. It happens most often when change wall paper. I never had this problem with iOS 6. Anyone else experience this?

were you ever able to get the problem with your iPad solved? My iPad won't download IOS 7 and keeps turning off and on
I actually had iOS 7 installed when my problems started, but yes I was able to fix this my problem....the fix will take hours so be prepared.
As discussed in previous postings, you will need to take a backup of your iPad before starting. For me, taking a backup took multiple tries, but I eventually got the backup process to work. Once completed, you will need to follow the instructions in an earlier post to wipe your iPad clean, and then treat your iPad as a new iPad.
Settings --> General --> Erase All Content and Settings.
Once completed, then plug into your iTunes and restore from your back up.
After I completed this process, my iPad now works great and i got back around 10GB on my 32GB iPad which was freed up in the process.
Constant freezes on open with 7.1.1 on ipad3. I have to reboot several times to get it to work at all. Not only frustrating but downright upsetting. No one seems to have found the "cure"....read all the forums, tried all the approaches. Did not happen on ipad with earlier ios.
Apple, you really need to attend to this, and soon.
