Is there any way to change the color scheme for iOS 7?

This new pastel color scheme is horrific. It's as if the color scheme was picked after the designers did LSD and watched Yo Gabba Gabba. And why is the screen so bright?!

Is there any way to change the color scheme to be darker and to tone down the ultrabright colors??

Otherwise, the new features are pretty nice.

I'm female and hate the iOS 7 icons and the awful pastel colors. If you want to wear such colors or put them in a painting, ok. But they are too jarring for my eyes and brain in a functional device I have to use so much. That blue and green they use everywhere in buttons etc just don't match! If they don't give us a "classic" option for colors and icons (the iOS 6 ones were fine and not in your face like the new ones)- when I absolutely have to get a new phone and can't get iOS 6 on it, I will be looking elsewhere unless jailbreaking will fix both the bad icons and colors. Winterboard does have an iOS 6 icons theme, don't know if there's a color fix. I have been happily using Apple products since 1990, and this is the first time I've seen a user interface that is ugly and so repulsive that I don't want to have to look at it. My first thought was that they have a color-blind Windows mole on their design team. What's worse, app developers are trying to match the horrible icon and color choices, making previously easy-on-the-eyes apps hard to look at.
