Exchange Email not working after iOS 7 update

Almost everyone who updated to i OS7 today can't connect to our Exchance 2010 server for email. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a way to fix it?

I had a user with a Iphone 4s come to me with the "Cannot get mail, connection to the service failed" error. I tried it on my Iphone 5 and with the new IOS7 and received the same error. It had worked for him up until about 36 hours ago. I tried many of the suggestions in this post but no love. The fix was logging into the users computer and, in email, I archived email messages that had large files to get the mailbox size below 2 GB. This fixed it. His mailbox was 2.6 GB. It could be the breaking point was 2.5 GB. We are running an exchange 2003 server. The recommended maximum size for an Exchange 2003 user's mailbox is 2 GB.

I have a similar problem. I work for a small company that has Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 set up. After upgrading an iphone 4 to the latest release the mail cannot connect to server. I have tried resetting network settings resetting phone restoring to defaults, deleted the mail account and recreated it, went online to the web account and checked that the number of phone partnership was ok, there was only the one iphone, I also tried deleting it but it still couldn't connect to server, and I checked the inherit from parent objects is checked in the active directory and none of it worked. I am unable to update the exchange server just for one phone so was wondering if there were any other solutions that I could try.

Thank you.
