Camera and led light not working after IOS 7 update on iphone 5 help please!!

Same exact problem. None of these other fixes worked at all. I am infuriated with Apple's lack of response for making a key function of their product useless. These iPhones are NOT cheap whatsoever. Apple needs to do something to get this fixed.

I too have the problem on an iphone 4 No flash No rear cam. ios 7.1.2
I have installed the flashlight app and Awesome Camera app however they DID NOT HELP!I also reset it and restored it - still no glory.

I am also facing the same problem after upgrading to iOS7.Tried everything by the books but with no luck.

Same issue here as well. Tried restore, restore to factory etc but nothing seems to help. There is also no flashlight in my control panel.

Worked for 2 hours but now it stopped again :-(

I have problem with flashlight too on my iPhone 4S. The flash is turned on but it works like in "auto mode".

I already has problems in low light conditions, it's annoying!

thanks for the steps/idea, i tried going through but it still didnt work for my situation. rear camera is a black screen.

im still hoping 7.0.3 fixes it just like 7.0.2 broke it.

I went to the genious bar and he changed out my phone.

had my Iphone 5s replaced (warranty period). Now it's all Ok.....

I am having the same issue, and have tried the above workarounds to no result.

I also visited the Apple store but they did not offer to replace the phone. (The phone is out of warranty.)

I have now after all this effort again installed the Flashlight application and started playing the brightness setting of the led light on the application. And it FIXED by led light!!!
