iPad Mini - Auto rotation doesn't work for Remote app since updating to iOS 7.02. All other apps work 4.0 (Oriention/auto-rotate wise). Tried the: Reduce Motion, reboot, swipe up to close the app/relaunch, Lock and Unlock Orientation (both in Command Center and using the side swich), changing the side switch from Mute to Lock Orientation tricks. NONE of these work. The Remote app is still Foxtrot-Uniform. Ironic that this app is an Apple production and the only app that the Orientation(Auto-rotate) feature doesn't work on both my wife's Mini and my iPad Retina (4).

A little crazy but it worked for me, try using your 5 fingers on the screen to rotate it. It seems that after several days my ipad stopped rotating, I tried EVERYTHING (re-booting, side button mute/rotation, motion reduction, etc.) and after checking many blogs and asking around, I just put my Ipad on vertical position and tried to turn the screen and worked. Good Luck!

MIne is stuck in portrait with the home button at the top. I can force reboot and get it to swap so that the home button is at the bottom, but when it get's locked and unlocked, it's back with the home button at the top. I can't use my case to hold up my iPad anymore. I've tried everything in the above posts and nothing helps. My bosses is the same model, iPad 3, and his will rotate, occasionally, but mostly sticks in portrait.
