Timer doesn't show in lock screen

CCan't believe this is still not fixed in ios 8!

My phone, since iOS7 has shown my countdown timer in my lock screen with no problems. I just tried it in iOS8 and it works just as it did before. I see it counting down from 45 minutes.

it only works for me if the clock is set to 24hr, otherwise it's stuck on 00:00

How is this not even fixed yet? I totally don't want to do a fresh start on my phone for this to work i got the iphone 6 expecting for this problem to go away and its still here. Come on apple please help us fix this without a fresh start.

Have you guys gone to Apple's feedback?

If enough people complain about it. Especially since it's still a problem. It should be fixed.

I had this problem in iOS 8. This solution worked for me.

What I have noticed is that if I open stop watch/timer from Control Center on the lock screen, the phone screen does not switch off (atleast in test my lock screen timer was 1min).

Not sure if this was resolved by Apple recently or it was the same from start.
