I tied all these tips also and it DID NOT work for me. I am frustraied and about ready to go back to iOS6

fix the date on your system.. change the default "date and time" is is defaulted to cupertino USA.. had same problem this fixed mine....

Happened to me. iPhone 5 (Aus version). Upgrade to IOS 7, now I can't login to iTunes Store. Tried to log-off and hard restart iPhone, didn't work. I need help.

connect your Iphone to pc ..

access appstore via itunes ..

and you would be able to access your appstore in mob ..

Im going to do full restore.

Go to settings for Safari and change the cookies to only block for third partys/adverts OR not block at all. That fixed the issue for me.

You don't have to do all of these restore/reset settings. It's specific to the cookie handling for Safari. Just allow cookies and the itunes store works again. Hopefully the next release will fix.

Same issue, so I set cookies to "always" and set time zone to "auto"....Log in issue solved for me; hope this helps someone....
