ipad keeps resetting after ios7 update?

I had the same problem. I did the factory reinstall and downloaded the backup from iCloud and it only solved the problem for a little while. I had to get a new IPAD.

Lucky you, not everyone can just go and buy a new iPad, apple should fix this issue either way.

I agree 100% with you. I spent a lot of time with apple over the phone but the only solution they had was to pay to have the iPad repaired and pay for the repair since it was out of warranty. This did not seem to me to be a good solution since I believe the next upgrade would caused me another problem.

Well I am hoping Apple will acknowledge this issue is a direct of their cause and when I had over my iPad to the nearest store that they'll fix it for free or some up with alternative solution.. replaced with a new iPad, I can definitely say I can't afford paying their ridiculous £200 fee charge, I can't afford that, even if I did, I would think getting a refurbished iPad would cost the same, which I do not plan in doing, I want Apple to acknowledge this problem and it is their own doing, which it is thanks to iOS 7.

I have the same problem. Did not help resetting, restoring or even reinstalling iPad. I'm amazed at the silence of Apple in this forum. First thing in the morning I'm calling Apple to lodge a complaint.

I called them and asked me to go to nearest Apple store and they replaced my iPad with an New one free of charge (same model and size of course), although I stand to what I have said before, Apple should acknowledge the issue and find a solution to this, and not keeping silent/ignoring it.

Please help... After syncing and re-syncing files and other stuff... I probably will just use my old realiable non 3G second Gen. iPad. This is getting to be frustrating… 😟

I had the same problem, update to most recent ios, did a restore, even a restore as i new ipad -nothing. Eventually noticed the battery would fluxuate it wouldn't charge in the lock then stopped charing with the usb wall outlet altogether. but I replaced my ipad's battery and it had worked fine ever since.
