Hello there.
I have ipad 3, new ipad with 16gb and 3g hardware.
Did you notice battery drain? I had my battery down in something like 4.30 hours.
The keyboard is really slow, i noticed an important lag during the use of it!
Wifi perfomance is really bad.
The only thing the customer care answered me is that they have no information about this, and i'm the only one experencing this problem........
Someone noticed the same?

In landscape www.nin.com crashes my iPad Air every time, even after restart cleaning cache all that jazz. I know this is an iPad 3 thread and I still own one and the wife uses it. When I get a chance I will test it out on there.
Maybe it's a 64 bit thing. My friend upgraded from an iPhone 5 to a 5S says the 5 was more stable on iOs 7. Since upgrading hardware he's noticed worse battery life and overheating and general instability / crashes compared to the original 32 bit iPhone 5.
I personally find it a bit frustrating Apple products simply don't work like they used to. Apple is slipping and becoming sloppy. Sure some the changes in iOS 7 are nice but I preferred iOs 6 the best.

That is more an indication of a problem with the specific app than an iOS issue.
I to am experiencing these issues. Response time is painfully slow, and Home Button will not work unless pressed several times! Not the Apple experience I expect! Delays...delays...delays!
