iOS 7 Charge 100% issue

You do realize that most modern charging systems are INTELLIGENT, right? When the battery is fully charged, the iPhone effectively disconnects itself from the charging source. And heat does not degrade a circuit board. It *may* degrade the electronics if it exceeds their design point.

So you're saying that in this picture your phone still has the charging cable attached but the lightning bolt has gone- implying it has disconnected itself from the charger to save the battery as it's 100% charged?

I'm just sharing what my iPhone 5s does!

I am not a genius so don't know how or why that's happened, was just hoping to shed some light on the situation.

Same issue happens to my Newly purchased iphone 5s as well. I've asked few people who are using iphone 5s. They seem to have same issue. Not sure if it is related to software. But hopefully it will be resolved soon.

basically to know if the battery is charged when u unplug the phone the battery sign will be black instead of white thats how u know the battery is fully charged in ios 7

u can just unplug the phone then plug it back in and it will tell you that its 100% charged like it did with mines just now it just dont tell u when it was already charging and hits 100%

sorry, but in my iPhone wit ios 7.1 the battery sing is always white, never black, even if is fully charged

I guess,

the only way to tell your phone is fully charged is through...

your lock screen.

no longer showing battery charging picture in lock screen; it shows your own lock screen wallpaper with % charged.

not fully charged ::
no showing of your own lock screen wallpaper. Instead, it is a battery written with how many % charged.

i noticed the problem too and LOL i charged it again and again just to wait for the old 'plug' indicator of fully charged. Hope the next ios update will improve this. =)
