Netflix not working on iPad2 since iOS 7 upgrade.

I've scoured the internet, but I guess only a few are having this problem.
Anyhow, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted the iPad... nothing seems to work.
The app opens, but just shows the netflix logo against the red background with the loading animation, and that's it.

Everything else is running like clockwork.
Thanks in advance for your reply, should you have any advice!

Since i installed netflix on my ipad 2 it has never work. After the log in screen i get a black screen with on top kids. And on the top left there is like an option button but when i press it it says unable to load lists. What am i doing wrong? If have tried deletting/reinstalling, cookies, network reset, factory reset, nithing works.

I am still in the trial period and it works fine on my pc.

Anymore suggestions?

The problem has to do with website restrictions introduced in ios7 if this is enabled it is blocking Netflix URL within the netflix app. If you have kids this might be on. test this out by disabling the website filtering (under general setting> restrictions). I don't know the specific URL to white list but can try different ones till it works so you can turn filtering back on.
