IOS 7 has screwed up my ipad

I was excited about getting ios 7, then when it finished downloading my sound was all scratchy, i had tried different headphones and the speakers everything was scratchy. Then i restored my backup i made before updating and it was all fixed. Then Imessage and Facetime wouldnt work so i reset my network connection to fix it and my sound was screwed up again. I am the only one at my school having this problem, it is so glitched and annimations are slow, please fix ASAP, any suggestions.

I have had nothing but problems since changing from iOS 6 to 7 on my iPad (3rd Generation), especially the 7.0.2 version released about a week or so ago:

1) Audio problems when hardwired to Big Jambox, which wasn't an issue with iOS6, yet no audio issue when using Bluetooth (or when hardwired to my regular Jambox); go figure;

2) Video streams are sometimes out of sync with audio to varying degrees no matter the provider (Amazon, Netflix, NBC app) when using Bluetooth and external speakers (but not when hardwired to the same speakers);

3) While using many apps, they close by themselves while I am doing tasks within the app;

4) For no apparent reason, iPad rebooted on its own the other night, which I never recall happening with iOS 6;

5) When I unplug external speaker wire from iPad, the last song played in iTunes starts playing all by itself! (i seem to think this also happened with iOS6 too).

Going to try the System Reset (as outlined by Philly_Phan) on this forum and hope that does the trick. Jawbone (the company that manufactures Jambox) told me the other night that they are getting "lots of complaints" re the Big Jambox and compatibility with iOS 7, which is interesting.

No issues with the Big Jambox (or regular model) hardwired or using with Bluetooth on Android Galaxy S4!

Same here with endless problems using my iPad with retina I bought in August. Problems started with the disappearing cursor I've read so many people had problems with and I'm still having problems with as no fix worked on mine. THEN...after downloading IOS7, all alerts are no longer functional. No messages, no mail alert, etc and even no alarm. I've tried just about everything. It's also so sluggish that it's like I'm back a decade ago when I was waiting for a page to come up or downloading something on my old desktop and I'd go find something to do and just check back to see if it had completed it's task. I have my iPhone as backup for use and have kept it on IOS6 as I don't want all the problems.

By the way...I tried that 'reset' just now...it changed absolutely nothing. There has to be better Answers to fix this than restore the whole thing.

UPDATE: Appears that recent 7.0.3 iOS7 update has improved, but NOT cured the situation with loud clicking while using external speakers hardwired to the iPAD 3rd Generation.

I did some more experimenting last night while it happened while watching a heavy gunfire scene in an episode of "Boardwalk Empire." What seems to remove the annoying clicking sounds is to LOWER the volume on the iPad so that it is a few bars from MAX sound and then use the volume controls on the external speaker (in this case, Jambox and Big Jambox) to make the volume LOUDER on the external speakers. I replayed the same scene several times in a row and had no clicking sound on the speakers after making that adjustment.

I am going to re-contact Jawbone regarding this issue because there instructions to the consumer have always been "turn up the volume on your device to MAXIMUM and then use the controls on the external speaker to make adjustments."

For some reason, this appears to be an issue with either the iPad 3rd Generation and/or the iOS7 operating system, because I never had the problem with this while using iOS6.

At least it probably confirms that my audio jack on the iPAD is NOT broken. Anyone else who experiences a problem similar to mine might try my troubleshooting steps an see if the clicking disappears. It is prone to happen during heavy gunfire scenes in crime dramas, loud drums in music, etc.

My iPad 2 was really wrecked after updating to iOS 7. My gyro went crazy and everything was upside down and then it got stuck that way. I finally got it stuck in my fav position but it would not orient when the iPad was turned. Apple says it is just my iPad. Ahem, Not from what I have been reading. My camera also no longer works; black screen. I am ticked. It worked stellar before the update. I reset and reloaded from my cloud backup and wa la, nothing was resolved. I have rebooted and tried every trick in the book. I am utterly disgusted. This kind of rollout is what made me leave Windows and PC's. I miss Steve; ruthless in his pursuit for excellence; especially in new rollouts. Apple, you have fallen from the tree and let us down.
