can't update says not connected to internet

I Am in same situation and none of the answers worked out

There is an article at 9to5Mac saying Apple is aware there is an issue with the 9.3 update and it will be re- issued soon.

I Saw where there was a password issue, but not this issue where you can't update because it sais not connected, I have 5 Apple devices, and all say the same so I am not going to update my phone it's definetly on there end.

I have the same problem- I am definitely able to get interent access but Ipad and Iphone continue with same message and not able to complete update-- any other suggestions?

Last week I bought a new Apple Watch 2. There was an update available. The download went fine and then got the "not connected problem". I tried all the solutions mentioned on various websites to no avail for 3 days. Then I had a hunch. I had the same problem when updating my 2 iPhones. I went to a friend's house to use his wifi. It worked 🙂 . So, it may depend on the modem, ISP or the process Apple uses to validate the update. So if you have that "not connected problem" try visiting a friend or anywhere with a reliable wifi (bring your charger).

How do you delete the update?
