Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

iOS7 and Chase Mobile NOT WORKING. Anyone else know of this?

I am not able to get iOS7 and Chase Mobile to work together. I have deleted app on both computer and phone, reinstalled and still no working together. Apple refers me to Chase Bank. Chase Bank says no other reports of the problem. This leaves me stuck with a non functional app for Chase Mobile. Maybe I just have to live without it. Any suggestions?

Using iOS7 and 4s here and can access Chase Mobile just fine.


Try a reboot on the phone, maybe.

Ugh! I just got off the phone with Chase (for the second time today). I havent been able to log in since the ios update either. The first time I called, I was told that there were no known problems and to delete the app and reinstall it. Tried that, didnt work, called back. This time I was transfered to mobile support and told that they know of the problem but do not have an estimated date for a fix yet. Boo!!!

having the EXACT same issue. I log in and it says Please try later.


I called Chase - thinking Chase issue. They said they could see my login attempts -and I should call AT&T as it was a carrier issue -BS! This was yesterday 9/23.


What's weirder is my husband is also on IOS 7 and gets the app to work but can't deposit checks.


I have uninstalled and reinstalled with zero luck. Way to hack off hi-tech customers.

FINALLY FOLKS, AN ANSWER FROM CHASE THAT SEEMS TO WORK!!!! YEA! Here's what they advised me to do. First, delete the chase mobile app from both your computer and your phone. Once done go to Safari Preferences and ENABLE COOKIES (MARKING "BLOCK NEVER"). FINALLY, install Chase Mobile on your computer and sync it with your iPhone. Should work after that. Mine finally does.

Yes. The workaround works for me as well (iPhone 4). However, it is beyond belief the Chase support folks as protocol ask if you have first contacted Apple, then continue to inquire if have you tired your Internet access. They know the issue! They know the workaround. One would think after thousand's of calls related to the same issue, they would see a pattern. Unbelievable.
