acjrcas - Thanks for the information about your communication with Apple. I had been following this conversation in another thread, so when I received the notice in my email about your post and tried to follow it, I was dismayed to find that the link had been blocked with a message that it "may have been removed". I'm glad to have found it here, though it's contents is quite discouraging.

I feel like I've been drinking the koolaide too long. This is a terribly cynical and careless attitude Apple has adopted in regards to its loyal customer base. I only traded in my 4s for a 5c because once iOS 7 was installed in the 4s, I figured I was stuck so I might as well get a free new phone while my 4s still had good trade in value. Fortunately, I only paid a small upgrade fee and, being an ATT grandfathered in unlimited data customer was still able to keep that plan. I did it in good faith that Apple was going to fix what many of us have perceived as "bugs", when in truth they appear to be clueless and, worse, could care less, what their customers want and need.

So I'll use my 5c because now I'm stuck with it, but at the same time will monitor closely how Apple chooses to handle all these issues. Sad to say, I'm suspecting that I will be looking elsewhere next time.

We all will unless they become more responsive and respectful to us BUYERS.

Me, too, two posts of mine were deleted with the "Recently you posted a poll or petition in Apple Support Communities" message when I'd done no such thing. Glad your post survived (so far).

I sent my complaint to http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html some days ago. I got no answer until now :-(. It's not aceptable for me that Apple removed such importent multimedia functionality! All users that are upset about that should send a complaint to Apple to restore that usefull functionality.

Who is using this new cover flow functionality after moving to landcape mode?

I gave up trying to get Apple to reconsider this mistake. A user on here shared an application called MVP Player, sold on the application store for $2.99. I recommend you download it and use it for now. It will save you the stress.

I dont agree with the policy to delete messages when we're sharing. It's an attempt to keep all the communication under control and going their way. If you dont agree, it gets deleted.

As for the music app function, if apple refuses to fix the issue that they claim is intentionall, then by all means download an application called MVP Player that will bring back the function. The app is only $2.99 and worth not getting frustrated with the Apple developers that feel they know what we want more than we do. lol I say that is loosing touch with your customer base.

Agree. In the mean time a user on here found an application call MVP Player for $2.99. It will solve the issue and you'll be happy that a developer took the time to create an application to bring the functionality that Apple should of left in the new OS.

Yes, it appears that if you dont agree with Apple or the forum adminsitrators, your messages are deleted. Interesting. It's like sensorship of the newspaper. What a concept!

In the mean time, I connected with another user that found an application called MVP Player for $2.99. The MVP player works similar to the Music app in IOS 6 or close enough for me. Try it out and let me know what you think. I liked it. When Apple messed up the Maps, I purchased an application called Motion X and have never used Maps again. I love the Motion X Navigation system.

Thanks. I received a nasty note form the administrator informing me that my communication was not acceptable. I sent a note back and copied the corporate office explaining that the purpose of these forums is to share and get others that feel the same way about a removed function to share our input with apple.

In the mean time, I was communiction with another user who found an application called MVP Player for $2.99. The MVP Player will play your music videos in landscape mode. I purchased it and now use it for my music videos.

I agree. It's ok for Apple to make a change, but when users tell them its not a welcome change the response should be we will consider changin it back.

In the mean time, I was commmunicating with another user who found an application called MVP Player for $2.99 If you download this application, you will be able to play your music videos in full screen landscape mode. I believe when application first starts it will play in landscape but not full screen. To get to full screen just pinch the screen outward.

@acjrcas: Yeh I was "the user" which posted the information about MVP ;-). But that should be only a temporarry solution until Apple has fixed that issue!

I appreciate you finding the MVP Player application.. The MVP Player will keep me on IOS 7, since I was considering going back to my previous iPhone 5 with IOS 6. If I had to give up playing music videos in landscape or full screen there was no point in the upgrade. At least for now I have a temprorary solution with the hope that Apple will realize this is a feature they should bring back. I've been trying to share that option with everyone complaining about the missing music app feature.
