5c screen glass seems loose?

I got the green 5c on launch day (UK) , however its only today i noticed that the glass on my screen seems slightly loose on the right hand side?

It doesn't seem to have affected the functionality of the phone, but if i press the right hand of the screen i can feel it moving up/down and it sort of clicks. I was debating taking it back to the apple store on my day off to ask them and maybe get a replacement, because its kind of annoying, plus I did pay nearly £470 for it..

I know the 5c is more cheaply made but I wasn't expecting to have this sort of problem 3 days into owning the device?

Make an appointment with an Apple Genius, and discuss your options. I'm not sure what you thought you'd accomplish by complaining online, and then doing nothing else.

No, it does not help. I did and I even spoke to the manager (this was London Covent Garden not Regent Street as I wrote in a hurry, the flagship store in the UK, I believe).

I had 1 replacement and 1 repair already and this time he said the issue is within the tolerances. When I asked him if we can go and try out other 5C (new) if it also makes this clicking sound he agreed to replace it to the new one. I have demanded upgrade to 5S as in my opinion this was design issue. Of course answer was they are not going to argue - manufacturer stand is this is within tolerances and they only replace my unit out of the goodwill. So no amount of complaining will help even in Genius Bar.

I said if the issue reoccurs within 90 days, they can surely expect me back (my warranty is over soon but replacement units have 90 additional days).

Received my 6th replacement phone and lo and behold the screen was loose again. Decided to be a bit adventurous this time and I got hold of a pentalobe screwdriver and suction cup (eBay is your friend). The screws at the base of the phone were relatively loose so I undid them, gently pulled the screen out, reseated it and pressed down firmly where the screen was loose and did the screws up tight, it's been ok for a couple of weeks now.

I wouldn't recommend removing the screen yourself (even though it's extremely easy) but if your phone screen is loose/clicking around the bottom of the handset, try undoing the screws, press down firmly (not so hard that you crack the screen obviously) then tighten them up again.

I've recently encountered a similar problem but I have the iPhone 5.

I've spent many hours searching on the internet for helpful tips for this but it seems to be either to deal with it as it's very common and doesn't affect the overall use of the phone OR to take it into an Apple store and find out what they can do (or know).

I'm 50/50 about taking mine to Apple as I've read so many horror stories about the "Genius" workers.

Did you manage to finally get your replacements fixed?
