Flagged emails on iPhone 5s don't show up as flagged in Outlook

When I flag an email from my phone, the emails do show up as flagged on my phone only. On my desktop, in outlook, the emails do not show up as flagged. This is a new issue for me with the 5s. Anyone else having this issue. Thanks

iPhone 5s, iOS 7

Thanks wicketthirteen for the bug report link.

I just piled on too.

This may not be much of a suggestion to anyone but.... as a temporary bandaid while we are waiting for Apple to fix this I created a folder ("* Flagged") that I can move e-mails into from my phone. Then when I get back to my computer I can flag them and move them out. The "*" just puts the folder at the top of the list for convenience.

Same here, i did deeper investigation:

It just affects the IPhone 5s. I've an IPhone 4s and an IPad 3 ... all running IOS 7.0.2. Same Exchange account on the same server.

If the 5s is flagging a message, the flag is only locally on the 5s, as all reporting here. The other IDevices can flag correctly and the flag is distributed immediately to the server and other devices.

But the 5s can UNFLAG a message, this is in this case distributed correctly to the server.

Reported it by phone to the Apple support ... will do the same ith the feedback above.

BTW: It's not only an Exchange problem but an ActiveSync problem. I'm running Kerio Connect with Active Sync in my environment.

Same problem!!!! Please fix, My company lives and breathes on flagged e-mails. We have missed several customer issues because field workers were flagging e-mails that never got flagged back at the office to be addressed. Should I blame our negative customer reviews on Apple? at least step up and say it is an issue so I can go find another solution.

Seeing the same issue. We're running Exchange 2010 SP3 Update Rollup 2. I have an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 5s both running the latest iOS 7.0.2. Started by wiping both phones clean with fresh installs and then sent an identical Exchange setup profile to both phones. The 5 works fine with flagging emails and syncing the flags back to Exchange. The 5s won't work though - it keeps the flags to itself and Exchange never sees them. If I setup Google Apps (Gmaill) on them the flags work fine on both the 5 and 5s so it's specific to Exchange.
