Flagged emails on iPhone 5s don't show up as flagged in Outlook

When I flag an email from my phone, the emails do show up as flagged on my phone only. On my desktop, in outlook, the emails do not show up as flagged. This is a new issue for me with the 5s. Anyone else having this issue. Thanks

Yes, however after doing more research today I do not think its Apple. It looks like this bug specific to Iphone5S. I have tested on 5 and 4s on both exchange 2010 and 2013 and both look to work. If this is the case it is a problem with ActiveSync and or the Exchange server which would make it a Microsoft problem. I have a feeling because Iphone5s is the first 64bit that may be causing the problem. I will try to update here if I find anything new but this problem could run pretty deep.

Since the problem started occurring with the iPhone 5s and every other device (Apple's included) works fine with Exchange, I'm inclined to say that is indeed Apple's issue. At least they need to represent the customers and work with Microsoft if there is a solution on their end. I still think its odd that unflagging and marking as read/unread from the phone syncs just fine, implying that Exchange is working with the 5s, just not the flagging piece.
