Flagged emails on iPhone 5s don't show up as flagged in Outlook

Yes, however after doing more research today I do not think its Apple. It looks like this bug specific to Iphone5S. I have tested on 5 and 4s on both exchange 2010 and 2013 and both look to work. If this is the case it is a problem with ActiveSync and or the Exchange server which would make it a Microsoft problem. I have a feeling because Iphone5s is the first 64bit that may be causing the problem. I will try to update here if I find anything new but this problem could run pretty deep.

Since the problem started occurring with the iPhone 5s and every other device (Apple's included) works fine with Exchange, I'm inclined to say that is indeed Apple's issue. At least they need to represent the customers and work with Microsoft if there is a solution on their end. I still think its odd that unflagging and marking as read/unread from the phone syncs just fine, implying that Exchange is working with the 5s, just not the flagging piece.

Ditto here, iOS 7.0.2 and Outlook 2013/Office 365 Exchange environment, same flag behaviors as above. Submitted empassioned plea to support to cure this sooner rather than later. Just posting to keep tabs on any updates.

Just started using O365 and the flagging is going to be very important. My 5s does not work but my coworkers 5 works just fine.

I'm having this issue also - iPhone 5s on 7.0.2, Windows Server 2008 - and like others here rely on the flags to follow up on emails that are received while out of the office. Hopefully a fix very soon!
This was not an issue on the iPhone 4 that was running 7.0.2 that I ungraded from on Monday.

Whats the latest on this fix? i am very relient on flagging.

I have exactly this issue with my iphone 5s. Flagged emails on my phone don't appear in either my Exchange mail or my Hotmail, however if I flag them in Exchange or Hotmail they do appear on the phone. I could really do with this being fixed as I rely on flagging emails on the move.

We are having the same issue with users who acquired iPhone 5S.

Ohhh dam.. just noticed this... Please fix this apple... this is a very important feature for corporates...
