In iOS 7, how do you clear the "Missed" section of the Notification Center?

Simple solution - Settings> Notification Center> Phone> Just off & on the 'show in notification center'

this is solution until Apple rectifies the bug!

This isnt a bug. The missed notifications will go away on their own over time. 24-48 hours i believe. at first i hated this and thought it was a bug but am getting used to it.

I was also annoyed by this but I got used to it. It shows which notifications you've missed while you were away from your phone like missed calls and missed reminders. If you don't want to see them, just don't swipe to missed section in the notification center and problem solved.

Restart your phone and the notifications will go away.

I have the same problem on my iPhone 5S. The bug is on the All tab. Normally the missed calls should be appeared also on the All tab and then you can erase it from there but on my phone this is not happen. I see the missed calls on the Missed tba but no on the All tab. I cheked on the iPhone 5 and iPhone 4 of my friends and when they had a missed call they can viewed also on the All tab and from there they can erased and also erase automatically from Missed tab...

I got the same problem but only on the 5S. My 5 is ok. The problem appears with the VIP mail as well.

Any other possbile problem ?

The idea is for the Missed Calls listed in the "Missed" section of the Notification Center to go away once you already have seen it. This is not the same as the "Missed" calls in the Recent section under the Phone app. I'd say this is either intended or a bug. It goes away after 24 hrs though but it's annoying having to see it everytime you check (within 24 hrs).

Reboot seems to do the trick but this work around is a daunting task. I hope we get to see an official answer from Apple soon.

After some tests I find this:

1. If you have a missed call and your first move is to open the notification center you can see the missed call on the All tab and from the All tab you can erase it and then erase it automatically also from the Missed tab.

2. If you have a missed call and your first move is to unlock your iphone to see the missed call from the phone then the missed call is appear only on Missed tab on the notification center and you can't delete it! The only way is to reboot or to wait for 24 hours.

All this happens on my iphone 5S. On the iphone 4 and iphone 5 that I checked this issue it seems to work normally... In all cases the missed call appear also on the All tab on the notification center and you can delete it any time you want.

I have 5s and I too find the missed notifications current function a bit annoying. If I had it my way the missed notifications would be cleared the following ways.

1: You swipe to delete.

2: You replied to the call or text directly.

3. You called or texted the number or person indirectly.

No time limit as some people may want to keep certian ones like the keep old emails.

Having to wait 24 hrs or more after you have already responded is annoying. I have called back a few people several times only to get the response " I didnt call you today.."

Actually this is a bug, but you can turn off your iphone with button, then turn on and notification of phone will not be there

why not no answer from apple official support?

You can just turn off your phone and turn it back on and the missed call won't be in the notification center anymore.

All you have to do is turn your phone off and back on and they'll be gone

I can't clear missed notification on missed tab. But I can on the "all" tab.

i.e. My LINE app was bugged, been buzzing for 2 days about someone sending me a photo. Open notification, Under ALL tab, scroll to what you want to delete (in my case LINE) , press X, press clear.
