In iOS 7, how do you clear the "Missed" section of the Notification Center?

Nothing can be "deleted" from the miss tab. Only from the All tab the notifications has the "X" to close them out.

Normally by deleting a notification in the All tab, the same notification in the Missed tab will be removed too.

I have only come across the bug of the Missed call unable to be removed in the Missed tab. I even opened the Phone App, went to recent tab and what not. But the Missed Call was still in the Missed tab. The fix for that one time that it happened was to reboot the phone. So it doesn't really bother me.

I have the same issue and theres nothing to fix it cause its a bug that apple has not fixed or seen

But the only thing that you can do is turn your iphone off and when you turn it back on the missed list notification will be cleared

I've encountered the same issue. And based on all the complains I found on google this is surely a bug of iOS7.

At the home page select Phone(green icon)

In "all" or "missed" page, there's the 'Edit" on the top right, beside the"all" and "missed" buttons at the top centre.

Press that "Edit" and you get a red circle with a minus sign on the left column for all in comming, outgoing calls. Press the red circle to remove the one you wish to remove.

This works for the "all" or "missed" pages.

I was just researching this problem and I tried something that worked. What I did was go to Settings, notifications, then phone. When you're in the phone section, go down to "show in notification center" turn it off and all the notifications will disappear. You can keep it off but even if you prefer to get those notifications still but just want the old missed calls to go away, switch it off then switch it right back on and they should disappear still. 🙂
