Voice memos bug

Voice memos has a terrible bug on iOS 7, it records, than after saving deletes all record, you can see 00.00.00, for example: I have recorded for 00.11.00, after saving it wrote 00.00.00 or another example I have recorded for 00.08.34 and after saving it left only 00.01.25 sec. Who has such bug, please help.

The ipod voice memo stops recording when camera or some sound utilizing applications open. Those applications using the ipod soundcard can cause a loss of voice data when re-opening voice memo too quickly after recording stops.
