If i buy an iPhone 5s T-Mobile contract free version from Apple Store will it be LOCKED or UNLOCKED? Can i use it Europe with a local carrier? Cannot find a clear answer to this question anywhere! Thank You!

Unlocked, if you mean the iPhone sold in the US. You can confirm this by calling the Apple Store. You can use an unlocked iPhone with any GSM carrier that offers compatible service (frequencies, bands, etc).

Got my iPhone 6 today.
After a very close call with the UPS guy.
Took it back to Indonesia, snip my old SIM card to nano.
Wait a while and voila...
It worked everybody.
T Mobile No Contract from Apple hereby i declared factory unlocked..
Go nuts!!
T-mobile contract free IS factory unlocked phone.
I did this two times with iPhone 5s and iPhone6 with AT&T.
I never activated T-mobile.
As soon as I receive the phone, I discarded T-mobile SIM card forever and never needed.
Also, it works international SIM chips.
However, you will need to check LTE bands for your country.

i Think mine has a wifi issue, im connecting from my home along with an ipad, the ipad connect just fine but the iphone keeps lagging.
was wondering if you have the same issue
I Have all kinds of apple products except Mac Pro.
Non of them have any wifi issue with iOS8 or iPhone6.
please try rebooting router. 🙂
