I have logged into the NBA Game time app on apple TV but I am not able to watch the games from last season. I am able t do this through Ipad, iphone laptop etc
anyone else having this problem?

no errors, when i go to the game and i get 3 options
1) Full Game
2) Condensed
3) highlights
only the highlights one works.
Like i say it works fine on the ipad.
Same problem here.
When I go to highlights it starts immediately playing highlights. But when I select Full game or Condensed, nothing happens.
Any ideas what to do?

I sent an email to NBA and they replied with the following
"The applications on mobile, tablet and connected devices will be updated prior to the start of the season. Any new features would be announced then.
As the current app on XBox and AppleTV is from last season, current season subscriptions do not yet have access to all content but will once the app updates it will. Both “Premium” and “Season” level subscribers will have access to subscription content through all supported devices."
So looks like we need to wait for an update if we want to watch last seasons games.
Airplay gets round this for now.

Having the same problem..not very impressed. They were quick to accept payment, not so quick to update. I'm grateful for my iPad!
MLB and NHL apps didn't have this problem and neither should the NBA! Not good enough.

i am from italy and i have bought the nba international league pass and i am trying to play it on my apple tv ..but i can see only the highlights ...because if i choose full archive or condensed game it doesn't work...

The update is for international league pass broadband, so I assume it will be for all countries. I expect they will push this out before the regular season starts, You can AirPlay through an iPad it works fine for now.
No I didn't have Apple TV until a month ago. Quality is spot on for the preseason so far.

still no update in sight that solves the problem. Apple TV 3, newest OS, location: GER.
No date after June 20th shows up and you can't watch the full game, just highlights.
My league pass works fine with browser or iPhone, so that's clearly an Apple TV problem.
Does anyone know when to expect that update? Season starts in 4 days!!!
Already sold two Apple TVs because I had massive problems with streaming (iTunes crashes @W7/W8) and just came back for NBA - looks like an epic fail again...

I'm from Hungary and just wondering if I could watch the NBA on Apple TV in my country?
I have the league pass and able to watch every game on iPad, iPhone but not on Apple TV.
I thought the reason is that my country is out of the regions.

Well, NBA @ Apple TV is available in my region, already checked that 28 times.
They just aren't able to release an update prior to the start of preseason and really fumble around till season start (which is in 2 days!)...poor performance.
Is is Apple that is blocking the update or neulion who is lazy as ****?
I'm from New Zealand and just wanted to register that I am unable to access the preseason games on appletv here as well. I can logon to nbatv and access the games on my imac so I'm going to have to airplay them over appletv to watch the games. This is very poor and very frustrating. The season starts in 2 days.
