Unable to watch NBA League Pass on Apple TV

I have also buy a pass and Im from Slovenia... And now I cant watch it from Apple TV :/ Didnt know that my country is not supported. Why you just dont open for all? Where is the point? Very disappointed!

Last year I bough an nba pass but had to wait until apple provided an update to the nba app on my Apple TV before it would recognize my nba league pass.

The same is happening again.

I log in , I can see last years games but nothing for this year yet even though I can access it all on my imac and iPad.

I hope they update it this week.

@GrandFelix: Change your store region in settings to Australia or a region other than the US that supports the NBA app and will show up. Your login should work the same on any international league pass country. Wait till they release a update for the regular season and your'e good as go.

This is so frustrating. The fact that the app (1 day before the new season starts) has not been updated is ridiculous. It also looks so watered down compared to the iOS GameTime app. Can't understand why they'd update the iOS apps weeks ago but fail to update the ATV one. I want to watch a full season of basketball on my HD TV, not have to stream it through my iPhone. 😠

That's right...it's just so stupid to update rather unimportant platforms (iPhone / iPad) and not care about the Apple TV. For me, an iPhone/iPad is not made to watch an NBA game but to check results. Yeah, fanboys would say you can watch movies on an iPad - but seriously...if you have a big flatscreen in your living room, why mess around with an 10 inch display (or smaller). The most important platform is and will always be the Apple TV, because that's where John Doe's gonna watch his games with his buddies and enjoy a beer (or some more). So please keep that in mind, dear neulion staff...and Apple could kick their butts and make them hurry up :-)

I think they are updating right now, my Apple TV NBA app displayed "updating for 2013/2014 season" this morning... anyone still online with the new season?

Now everything looks good. Looking forward to tonights games. Even more to tomorrow , when Pistons go to work.

The update came through last night so it should be all good today!

Update received today...NBA league pass working for the current season - at least it looks like it will.

But now I can't watch last season's games because all dates prior to October 29th are missing. What is this nonsense? Why not make an Apple TV app that supports the functionality you get in the browser? OH MY GOD. Morons all around me...

I set the App Store to Australia, sign in to NBA game time and worked.

I'm at Costa Rica. After watching the game, I changed the App Store to USA again. Obviously, you can't rent any movie or itunes match doesn't work while App Store is not where you opened your account. But, NBA Game Time will work.
