error iTunes Store : 0x80090318 (the solution)

Been looking for a solution to this for ages...had this problem since i bought a new HP Desktop. Thanks for posting this as my problem is now resolved.....

Mark after starting CMD type "CD\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32" and then you type netsh winsock reset

try to open the command as an admin. right click on the command and choose "as an admin" , then type the op's command. good luck
