Farcry 3 on my MacBook

Hello I recently installed windows 7 via bootcamp on my MacBook Pro. I was wondering if it can run farcry 3 as I would really like to play this game.

Here's the specs

MacBook Pro 13 inch

Intel i7

4 gig ram

Intell HD 3000

havent read too much up on it but as I see it then if there is a thunderbold port it should be possible
