I have a OSX 10.5.8. How do I update to the latest update?

Needing help updating my mac to sync w/ latest itunes.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

So, is yours older than mine? I was thinking of just buying a new one and be done with it. I see I just have to get educated on installing updates? Sadly computers intimidate me...people don't. I always thought it was an either or thing. Can I contact your should I run into problems. I'll be picking up the dvd tomorrow at the store. 🙂

My current Mac is a Late 2012 Mac mini, the current model, that I bought in May and doubled the RAM, as well as, added a solid state drive to create a Fusion drive.

Post again here in this thread if you run into issues.
