Same issue on all 6 iPhones. The 5, the 4S, and the 4.

Message/iMessage gets "stuck" sending messages (1 of 9 sent).

Message/iMessage does not receive messages.

I highly doubt this is a hardware issue.

This began pre and post iOS 7.0.2 update.

The issue appears to be isolated to iPhones - none of our 5 iPads are impacted.

Tried so far:

Force quit Messages = fails to resolve.

Soft Reset (power cycle) = temporarily resolves.

Force quit all apps + Soft Reset = temporarily resolves.

Full Restore/Reset = temporarily resolves.

Full Restore/Reset + setup as new = temporarily resolves.

Dear Apple - lets isolate the issue, admit to the defect, and clean it up with a patch in iOS 7.0.3 ASAP.

Following up on my last post, I would just like to confirm the solution that it is going around: RESETING NETWORK SETTINGS fixes the issue, however after I did this I found that some of my texts were missing from a conversation. I then fixed this through a hard reset. This was yesterday morning and I haven't had anymore issues since then. Hopefully it was a one time deal.
