NO facetime over 3G ! ( iPhone 4 / iOS 7 )

What is going on ? How to fix it ?

FaceTime is NOT(!) listed under: Settings->Cellular:(Use cellular data for)

So it seems that Apple has blocked from the iPhone 4 FaceTime quietly across the data. Well, it pleases. In grant support writes FaceTime cellular iPhone 4s and later.

Hi,

My wife and I both have same iPhone 4 (not 4s) model number A1332 and same network and contracts. Hers can use FaceTime over 3G but mine can't. What could be stopping mine from doing this? Before you say one of ours is a 4s, they aren't, and she definitely gets FaceTime over 3G as can do it with our router switched off and wifi switched off but I can't

FaceTime over a cellular network requires iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, or iPad (3rd generation) with cellular data capability. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.
