I added 4 fingerprints, then I deleted one. Now I'm trying to add another one but it keeps saying FAILD the operation was not successful><

I have sold 120 pieces of iPhone 5s and 20 of them has the same problem I have changed all sensors 4 time did restore but still nothing works out !!
Waiting for Apple to give me some solution for this !!!!!!

5 turn on/off cycles helped me, along with that I also:
- Turned off passcode
- Turned airplane mode on
- Erased all "additional" settings

i have the exact same problem. Can't seem to make it work.
Try shutting down for a few time 🙂
Or maybe you can try force shut down (hold both power & home buttons)? Not sure if it would help or not tho, just an idea.
