New iPhone 5s shut off unexpected and won't turn back on

I just received my new 5s. I activated it. Made a phone call. I was downloading my apps, and using them, when the phone shut off unexpected. I tried to turn the phone back on, the apple logo appeared, then it went to the waiting circle for a couple of minutes. After a couple of minutes the screen had a blue screen for a second, then it went back to the waiting circle, then it turned off. I've tried turning it on a couple of times with the same results. Help!

I have the same problem with my iPhone 5C. I updated it to the 10.1.1 and it worked fine for a few days and then randomly shut off and would not power on unless it was plugged into the charger or the computer. I am trying everything that is mentioned but no success yet.

it won't go to the apple sign when I press all the bottons and I held them for 3 minutes and nothing happens what should I do I mean it never had problems ever!!! Can anyone help???
