HELP! Cannot Access Disney Channels. Error code: 400-1

I just upgraded to the latest software and when trying to access the Disney Channels, I get a "User Not Authorized Error" - Error Code: 400-1. I (have) these channels on Charter... and I linked my charter account... but it's not working for me.

I restarted my Apple TV... and still... Nothing.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I finally decided to go to settings, general, reset and finally reset all settings. Make sure you have all of your account information as you will have to re-enter EVERYTHING. All accounts, WiFi etc.... It worked though. No error code when I re-set-up Disney and Disney XD.

really getting tired of all this Apple BS!!! Disney doesn't work on Apple TV or iPad. I now receive the same error code 400-1. Years ago, Apple just worked. That's why eveyone paid a premium for Apple products. Now, Apple has as many BS issues as Windows. No way Apple is worth the premium for the amount of headaches I now encounter trying to get my Various Apple products to work( Apple TV, 2 iPads and 4 iPhones).

I'm sick of searching endlessly on billboards for self help. Apple needs to step up and stand behind their eco system.

Otherwise, this Apple fan is gong to eventually get fed up and switch to Google and Amazon. This is exactly what drove me away from Microsoft.

I've tried to logout and login to Watch Disney Live, but now it doesn't even show me any of the providers to choose from. Power cycled and restarted from settings, but no use. Will try the option of removing both power & HDMI cables and wait for 15+ mins.and see. No issues with Disnet XD or Jr. I've the latest Apple TV 3 just bought and with latest updates.

This is not an issue with apple but an issue with the App its self. Please reach out to the manufacturer of the app in question for more info on how to get it up and running. There is nothing apple can do on a 400-1 error message as it does not relay to the apple TV its self but the App being used. I called disney about this and they had me fixed within a day.

Same issue and it's discussed in many threads here and elsewhere on the internet. 3 AppleTVs and the apps fail on a semi regular basis. Wondering if it's a firewall issue because I would expect more outrage if everyone had this issue. I just reset mine again tonight (disconnect via the app menu and reauthorize) so I will enable one to access the internet unfettered and leave the others behind the firewall. I will post back in a few weeks with my findings.

The error is not due to the app. I have Charter as well and the reason that Watch Disney Junior wasn't working for me was because the channel " DIsney Junior" was not included in our cable plan. I had to call charter and upgrade my cable to get this to work for us. I hope this helped!
