HELP! Cannot Access Disney Channels. Error code: 400-1

I just upgraded to the latest software and when trying to access the Disney Channels, I get a "User Not Authorized Error" - Error Code: 400-1. I (have) these channels on Charter... and I linked my charter account... but it's not working for me.

I restarted my Apple TV... and still... Nothing.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I finally decided to go to settings, general, reset and finally reset all settings. Make sure you have all of your account information as you will have to re-enter EVERYTHING. All accounts, WiFi etc.... It worked though. No error code when I re-set-up Disney and Disney XD.

I have Charter Cable too, and all Disney channels including Disney Jr are already a part of my package. The Disney App works for a few moments on my iPad Air every time I (re)download it, but then almost immediately I get "The MVPD authorization server returned an error. Error code: 4001". All goes blank. If I retry, I do sometimes get the option to re-enter the cable provide information, but that does not take me anywhere.. the information stalls into a white screen that does nothing... just stays blank. Any ideas?

thank you

The problem continues. We have tried everything and nothing works. I did get farther along in the process today, but still no Disney XD. I have Roku and Dish, so clearly this is not an Apple problem. As someone said, it is likely the app. Why I wonder, will the developer not fix the problem? Anyone know who we should contact? Thanks.
