Well, you are the only individual that has reported it. If a reset does not fix the issue, then the next troubleshooting steps are restore from backup and a restore as new. I would backup the device and restore as new, since you just updated iOS. See if it fixes it with a restore from new. Then you can restore your backup after that. Check to see also if you have time zone support turned on and what time zone it is showing.
What's restore as new? Sorry this is my first iPhone and I've only had it for a couple weeks. What stuff will I lose if I do this? I'm a little confused between restore as new and restore backup... You mean an icloud backup? Thanks
I noticed it only happened on one particular even that I have repeated every other day. I just fixed it on my phone for now. Maybe that was it. Can you still explain my previous question though? Good to know
Thank you
You're welcome
On the iphone 4 and 4S turn off the function tht sets the clock based on the local time is apparently checking for the current time zone far far to often. Make change by going to : Setting > Location Services > Systm services and turn off 'Setting Time Zone' It worked for me. Found this at 'Brighthand.com-How to increase battery life of the iPhone 4S
I have a iPhone 5. It's already on automatic time zone and it's the correct one. I think that one calendar event was messed up still but the rest are actually fine. Thanks anyways
This problem continues with iOS 7.0.6 on iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular for the starting of DST 2014 in U.S.A. I'm using Wi-Fi, not cellular. Is there a consensus that I just need to wait until tomorrow to hope it fixes itself? Or does anyone have a solution yet?
I would imagine that it will fix itself tomorrow as it did in the past. I noticed the fault again on my device this morning when I got up, as I did last year. I'm guessing it will correct itself after midnight, but I did send feedback to Apple this morning anyway.
