Update Unavailable with This Apple ID

Hi,

I have been trying to update my apps, and a pop-up box appeared, saying

Update Unavailable with This Apple ID

This update is for an app downloaded with a different Apple ID.

This happened on both my iPhone and my computer associated with it. iTunes will not let me download the app, even though I have had it on my phone before. The app still says 'Free' in the app store, but I am unable to download it.

I am using an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.0.2, and I am using a Windows 8 operating system on a laptop.

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks for the help in advance.

I am suddenly having this problem with PDF Expert on my iPhone. The exact same problem. Cannot update it on my iPhone, and can't download it on my computer, although it is shown as free on the app store. There is no way in **** I'm deleting it from my iPhone, because I know what will happen. Namely, I won't be able to get the app again.

And, like the other posters, I have not changed my Apple ID, or my password or anything else in the last few months.
