Downloaded ios7 onto my iPad and now I can't send or receive emails. Can't read notes, find icons hard to distinguish. This is a system for teckies and not for people with a life. Absolutely hate the new display. Can I go back to the old system?

Keyboard lag makes my ipad3 almost unusable. I restored, turned off icloud docs etc. nothing helps.
My once snappy and happy ipad3 is an old lady now.
settings>general>reset>reset all settings
Ios7.x.x is a terrible buggy OS. Bring back last team to fix it. Never had all these problems with 6.x.x
First no titles under movies, icons change to music covers
Next I've lost half my books, updates sometimes don't update just an hour glass.
Internet videos take forever to d/l, sometime they never d/l and play. and don't tell me it is my network or router, didn't see this issue until 7 on multiple devices, ipad 3 and 4 and the new air...(can't validate it on the air)but NEVER saw this problem on 6.x.x
It's pretty friggin frustrating.
If you test drive a new car it doesn't mean you are going to buy it, you can go back to your previous car... How can I tell in advance if the new one will be better?
The same goes for ios7. My iphone4 is slow after upgrading, why doesn't Apple offer ios7 lite for older iphone? Or allow me to return to the operating system that worked best for me? Don't ignore your customers!
I tried numerous things based on posts:
- reset my network (didnt work - why should it, all my other devices are working, duh)
- reset the network settings to factory default on my iphone (didn't work - wifi still greyed out)
The problem IMHO is the wifi cheap is overheating.
I took the phone case off, powered off and put the phone in a plastic sandwich bag and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Magic. (not really - theres is a bug in the os that makes the wifi search loop and then overheats the chip - pretty simple fix. The phone probably keeps looking for the network but thinks its already on it and loops to an overheat condition. They would never see this in their lab as they are running a large scale network)
i'm using my ipad as an instrument for musical performances and live sound mixing.. Since i upgraded to IOS7, my ipad is not stable anymore. I cannot trust my apps to function properly and can crash at anytime! I've been hoping for a better thing from apple but frankly, it's crap so far! The fact that it's no longer stable really bothers me.
Have been very disappointed with apple these past few years..
My Macbook Pro also crashed for nothing! Went for repair to the dealer and the diagnosis was that, my mother is dead! how come?!! Hardly one year! i have been browsing so far and only one game on it..
I'm thinking of switching to another brand..
Since I upgraded my iphone 5 to iOS7, it locks up, the wifi runs constantly, running my battery down.I am ****** to say the least. I can deal with just turning the wifi off or buying a battery extending case, but I can not have my phone freeze, or lock. I am in the medical field and this is agrivating.
My son did me a favor and upgraded my mini, guess what? Now it freezes, I can not get messages, **** I can't even turn them on, the entire message set up is missing. And I can't sign in because when anything ask for my Apple ID, it wont accept it!
UGH! Apple really! I am so close to going to PC devices no matter what it costs!!!
I am tired of new and improved from Apple.
